Dad’s weekend is almost here! We hope your daughter has been communicating with you about the weekend activities at WSU and AXO.
Each year on Dad’s weekend the Parents Club holds their semi-annual meeting as well as the Parents Club Auction. The proceeds from this auction will be used to enhance the living experience for your daughter in the AXO house. This past summer the Parents Club purchased much needed furniture for the AXO Formal room with funds from previous auctions and this year we have been provided with a “wish” list, which includes more furniture and equipment updates at the house. More specifics will be provided at the Saturday morning meeting. We encourage everyone to participate in this event as well as donating items and by purchasing during the live and silent auctions.
Again, we hope you will consider supporting the auction by donating and we are including a list of items that have been successful at previous auctions. We always welcome new ideas, so use your imagination, and let’s have some fun!! Dad, this is a great place to buy a gift for your daughter or wife! For your convenience this year we will be accepting debit and credit cards at the auction.

This is the first time the Parents Club has had a pre-weekend auction item:
VIP PARKING at the AXO House for the weekend!
A parking space has been donated and reserved for one lucky Dad from noon on Friday (11/11) until Sunday at 3:00 pm. This exclusive spot is in AXO parking lot and will come with your own personalized sign!
Here is how it works:
Email your bid to: AXOWSUParentsclub@gmail.com along with the dollar amount (no cents) and your name and we will post the top bid, updating five times daily. In case of a tie, the first bid submitted wins. Bidding will end promptly at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 9
th. Credit card or debit card payment is due when the winner is notified. Minimum bid begins at $100.00. Happy bidding and GOOD LUCK!!

Please send $25.00 for annual dues. These dues, along with our parent auctions help with some expenses the house incurs. The dues also contribute to the purchase of some of the extras that keep the Alpha Chi Omega House in beautiful condition. Your input as to the use of these funds is always appreciated. We attempt to keep the membership involved and excited about ways to help our girls. Thank you for your continued support.
